Terms and Services
Work Time
* This really depends on the designs.
- Avatars:3 weeks or more
- Models:few days or more
- Scenes:2 weeks or more
- Animations: I can't give a certain number_(:3
Payment & Refund
- 50% before I start working on your project and the remaining 50% before I deliver the finished project.
- As for methods of payment. Paypal is the prefer methods, but can be discussed.- If I haven't started making the avatar, an 90% refund is applicable due to prior discussions and time investment.
- If I have started making the avatar, the refund will be either 50% or none, depending on the progress made. Unfinished files will not be shared, and I retain all rights to the character.
- If I’m the one who cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued, and the unfinished files can be provided upon request.
Revision
My workflow:
Modeling → Texturing → Blendshape → Rigging → Unity → TestModel → Final File → Completed- I will keep you updated on the progress, and revisions are allowed before moving on to the next stage. *If I don't receive a response, I will proceed to the next stage after informing you and waiting for 72 hours.
- After completing the rigging process, any major revisions will incur an additional fee.
- After the commission is finished, you can still request revisions to resolve any potential bugs or issues that I might have initially overlooked.
- Modifications beyond the character sheet after agreeing on the price are not allowed.
Intellectual Property Right
- I retain all rights to showcase and promote my creations.
- Please credit me as your 3D artist, do not claim the commissioned work as your own
- Redistribution rights or Commercial Use are not granted unless specifically discussed for Full Ownership.
